CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens, however, please be aware of our 24-hour cancellation policy. When booking an appointment that time slot is reserved for you. Giving at least a 24-hour notice will allow other guests to book in your place.

 

Cancellations made less than 24-hours before your appointment, no-shows/no-calls will result in a non-refundable 100% charge of the service(s) booked.

DEPOSIT POLICY

 

 

A $100 non-refundable booking fee/deposit is required to book new and correction microshading appointments

Any returning clients that haven't had a boost in 2+ years are also charged the same fee.

This will be applied to the service total. Booking fees/deposits may be transferred (one time) to a future date (within 30 days) if cancelled and rescheduled before 24-hours of the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, the fee/deposit will be forfeited and a new fee/deposit will be needed to book another appointment.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable and expire a year from the date of purchase.
