She is an insured licensed esthetician and pmu artist with 13+ yrs of experience in the beauty industry and specializes in face and full body waxing. She also offers microshading, brow & lash tinting, lash lifts, and dermaplaning.
Waxed by Noy is BBP, First Aid/CPR/AED certified by the American Red Cross and Barbicide® COVID-19 certified.
